The day of the dead.

My family celebrate the day of the dead very tradicional, three days  before preparing the altar with flowers, candles, fruits, candies, beers, papers cut, sugar skulls, food traditional and pan de muerto. The first day do nothing ,the second day we go to the cementary, clean and paint the grave, brought cempasuchitl flowers and candles. In the house cooking tamales and buñuelos. We coexist in family and remember those who are no longer whit us.

I wanted to tell you that I found a couple of optional translations for The day of the Dead words.

Pan de Muerto - Bread of the Dead, and it rhymes!

Cempasuchitl - Orange marigold

You can do a google image search for orange marigold & bread of the dead to check to see if they are correct translation.

Good job! Don't forget to write a reflection!
